The compensation schedule for referral partners of Buy & Build Advisors. This page is the current version of the referral benefits referenced in your signed Referral Agreement.

Business Insights Report
REFERRAL FEE
10% of the Business Insights Report fee
QUALIFYING ENGAGEMENT
A Qualified Referral completes a Value Gap Assessment and purchases a Business Insights Report.
SERVICE
Growth Planning, Fractional C-Suite Services, and Other Advisory Services
REFERRAL FEE
10% of the recurring monthly fees actually collected during the client’s first six (6) months of service
QUALIFYING ENGAGEMENT
A Qualified Referral engages Buy & Build Advisors for Growth Planning, Fractional C-Suite Services, or other recurring advisory services offered by Buy & Build Advisors.
SERVICE
Exit Planning and Sell-Side Advisory (Option 1)
REFERRAL FEE
10% of the recurring monthly fees actually collected during the client’s first six (6) months of service
QUALIFYING ENGAGEMENT
A Qualified Referral engages Buy & Build Advisors for Exit Planning or Sell-Side Advisory Services.
SERVICE
Exit Planning and Sell-Side Advisory (Option 2)
REFERRAL FEE
2.5% of Buy & Build Advisors’ success fee
QUALIFYING ENGAGEMENT
A Qualified Referral engages Buy & Build Advisors for Exit Planning or Sell-Side Advisory Services.
SERVICE
Buy-Side Advisory
REFERRAL FEE
The greater of:

(1) 10% of the recurring monthly fees* actually collected during the client’s first three (3) months of service; or

(2) 2.5% of Buy & Build Advisors’ due diligence fees*
*excludes pass-through fees paid to legal services providers
QUALIFYING ENGAGEMENT
A Qualified Referral engages Buy & Build Advisors for Buy-Side Advisory Services.
SERVICE
Financing Services
REFERRAL FEE
2.5% of the financing fees actually collected by Buy & Build Advisors
QUALIFYING ENGAGEMENT
A Qualified Referral engages Buy & Build Advisors to source SBA, conventional, private, or other financing.
Exit Planning and Sell-Side Advisory election
The Referral Partner must elect Option 1 or Option 2 before the client engagement agreement is executed. Once made, the election may not be changed.
